Simon! Wonderful to hear from you and so glad to see you've put up another one! (I have to say I am so flattered.) (Okay, I recognize this is all in my mind, but then we all need our little preoccupations, don't we? :)

Again, love his one! I think photo montage does a fantastic job of emphasizing the physical point from which the photographer has worked. Hmm, but here is something interesting (or a complete overthinking of the situation). The whole subject/eye relationship of this creation. Where exactly is the emphasis? You made me think! Do you follow? I could explain more, but I'm off to work! I will be looking for more! ~Shannon

When i made this i chose to use an image of Janet which is slightly blurry so it becomes not only about her but also about a moment and place. I could have used other shots which are more directly engaging, in which shes looking at the camera and much sharper in focus but it gives a very different feel to the shot. I like that this captures something contemplative.
